You can get PEP from metropolitan sexual health clinics, from GPs who specialise in HIV/AIDS, and from some hospital Emergency Departments around WA.
Royal Perth Hospital Sexual Health Clinic hours:

Fremantle Hospital Sexual Health Service hours:
9:00am to 4:00pm (Monday to Friday)

After hours (4:00pm to midnight weekdays), and public holidays and weekends:
